Sorry about not updating in quite awhile. Basically recap from Jan 2014 to now.. ready, set, go!
Got back on tour with Elmo Makes Music and played Grover and Baby Bear. Celebrated our 100th show sometime in late January in Albany, NY. Played Madison Square Garden Theater in NYC, while there snuck upstairs to see JT's concert... yup I'm a bad ass... not really, I almost peed my pants while running through staircases and past security guards. So from there I did my shows numberous times and wrapped up on May 18 after doing 210 performances since October 2013.
May 19 flew to home...oh no wait...I flew to California for 5 weeks to be the replacement Count for Make A New Friend tour. Arrived the 19th late at night with a three out jet lag. 20th I learned more than half the numbers I needed to know in the show, did blocking that night for act one and watched the show. To make a long story short I learned the entire show in about 8 hours and started performing on Sunday, May 25. California was great and I got an awesome tan!! I love the sun! Played the Dolby Theater (oh yeah I saw a real Oscar ..... and sat in Sandra Bullock's seat, Merill S's seat, etc!) When you work for Sesame Street you become famous.... ha not but still you get to travel to some really cool places!! :)
So as of June 23 I flew to NH after doing 28 shows with Make A New Friend. I got to see really close friends and family and say goodbye to NH and them. My parents are finally Florida residents as of June 30th!!! I have called Florida my home for awhile now but now it really is!
Currently I am in Florida and will be on summer vacation until August 3rd. News on that to come soon!
